We recommend 40mins for one area, and 60mins for more.
Strength and Conditioning Circuit Class for Runners
This class is a step above any circuit session you’ve done before.
Led in collaboration with Dan Geisler from Club Coaction) the session is science-based and designed to improve Running Performance and reduce your risk of injury.
